RELIVE Health is expanding to Tempe, AZ, and we're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, elevate patient care, and help scale our clinic with excellence.

Position Summary
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tempe clinic while also playing a vital role in patient consultations, team leadership, and clinic efficiency. This role blends clinical insight with business operations and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Conduct patient consultations (HRT, medical weight loss, wellness services)
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure top-tier patient outcomes
- Manage hiring, onboarding, payroll (QuickBooks/Paychex), and HR needs
- Train and support staff across roles and responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain supply inventory
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations
- Lead operational improvements and implement new systems
- Support marketing and local community outreach
- Provide front desk or administrative support as needed
- Report to ownership on clinic performance and needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a med spa, wellness center, or medical weight loss/HRT clinic
- Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in leadership are highly encouraged to apply
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable conducting consultations and collaborating with providers
- Proficient in EMR systems, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- A team-first mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
